Roasted Asparagus with lemon zest

1pound asparagus, trimmed and cleaned
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper
lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:

Heat the oven to 400.  Toss the asparagus with the oil, parmesan, salt and pepper.  Roast for 6-8 minutes.  Remove the asparagus from the oven and sprinkle on the lemon zest and serve, hot or room temperature.
