Quick-Whisk Caesar Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Juice of ½ lemon
1-2 tablespoons water
1 small garlic clove, minced or smashed into a paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, anchovy paste, lemon, and water until smooth. Drizzle in the oil, whisking into a creamy dressing. Add the garlic, parmesan cheese and black pepper and whisk. Spoon onto lettuce for serving.
