Herbed couscous
1 3/4 cups broth (or water)
1 cup couscous (quick-cooking)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs
1 cup couscous (quick-cooking)

2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs
Instructions:
Place the broth and butter into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the couscous, stir, cover the pan and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Uncover and fluff with fork before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
