Healthy Peanut Butter Cheesecake Parfait

½ cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons powdered peanut butter (also called “defatted peanut flour”)
A couple drops of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of maple syrup, divided
¼ cup sliced banana
Dash of cinnamon for garnish (optional)

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, powdered peanut butter, vanilla and 1 teaspoon of the maple syrup until well-blended.  Spoon into a bowl and top with the sliced banana, the second teaspoon of maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon (optional).
