Feel Good Food: Chocolate-Avocado Comfort Smoothie

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or favorite milk)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup ice cubes
4 ounces vanilla yogurt
1/4 avocado
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoons milled flaxseed (optional)
Instructions:

Layer the ingredients in the blender in order listed.

Blend on low for 30-60 seconds, and then on high for 15-20 seconds.

Serve.  Enjoy the amazing creamy texture thanks to the avocado + chia seed combo!
