Classic Caesar Salad Dressing

1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
black pepper
Instructions:

In a medium bowl whisk together the ingredients through the water.  Drizzle in the olive oil, a little at time, until emulsified.  Add the parmesan cheese and black pepper.
