Chocolate Silk Smoothie

½ cups vanilla almond milk, soy milk or dairy milk (I prefer unsweetened)
1 frozen banana
¼ medium avocado
2 Tbsp hemp seed (or milled flaxseed)
2 Tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter)
1½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa (I prefer natural, but dutch processed also fine)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (in the above order) in a blender. Blend on high, 30 to 45 seconds, or until smooth.

Yield:
2 large or 3 small smoothies
