My favorite kind of summer dessert is the quick and easy, no-bake kind, making the four-ingredient Banana Matcha Green Tea “Ice Cream” I created for my column perfect for the heat of the summer. Matcha is the powder made from dried green tea leaves, and when blended with frozen bananas and creamy coconut milk, it creates a shockingly easy, knockout dessert. Matcha can also be used in lattes, smoothies, and even baked goods!
