Egg whites need a little more TLC than your standard scrambled eggs, but it’s worth it! Egg whites are almost entirely protein (6 grams per egg) and are incredibly lean (almost no fat at all). However, anyone who’s cooked egg whites knows that they can very quickly become a rubbery disaster.
