In this week’s “Healthy Plate” column, I share an exciting new way to increase the amount of fish in your diet.
We all know that fish is good for us. However, coming up with exciting new ways to prepare it can be difficult and time consuming. My Grilled Tuna Panzanella borrows the the flavors of traditional panzanella but gets an additional depth of flavor by grilling almost everything that goes into the salad. Even a “fattier” fish like tuna has a whopping 28 grams of protein but only about 1 gram of fat per 4 ounce serving. Just 1 gram! And it certainly doesn’t taste “low fat”.
