I love mild, sweet lamb – but ground lamb is often gamey and unappealing. My trick to cooking mild, juicy lamb burgers is to mix the ground lamb with another variety of ground meat such as turkey or lean beef. I serve my burgers with peppery watercress and creamy mint sauce for a perfect taste of spring.
