In this week’s “Healthy Plate” column, I share one of my favorite winter salads. Salads sometimes take the backburner to heartier, warmer dishes during the winter months. However, I have made it a habit to eat a salad every single day, so I’ve grown accustomed to assembling substantial, delicious, non-wimpy winter salads.
