1 T soy sauce, preferably reduced sodium
1 T rice wine vinegar (or lime juice)
1 t minced fresh ginger
a shake or two of granulated garlic
1 T neutral oil
Place all the ingredients in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Whisk until smooth, adding in the oil. Add a teaspoon or two of warm water if thinner consistency is desired.
Drizzle on top of salads, veggie and rice bowls, or use as dip or drizzle for roasted seafood, tofu, or chicken.
