Spaghetti squash

1 spaghetti squash, washed

¼ cup water

1 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper

Marinara sauce, or other pasta sauce
Instructions:

Poke a few holes on outside of the squash and microwave for 4 minutes to soften a little.  Remove the squash and slice in half lengthwise.  Scoop out the seeds.  Place the squash halves, cut side down into a microwave-safe baking dish filled with ¼ cup water.  Microwave on high until tender, about 10-15 minutes depending on size of squash and microwave strength.  Let squash cool a few minutes and scoop out the flesh into a bowl and toss with butter and salt and pepper.  Top with marinara sauce or other.
