Smokey No-Bacon Brussels

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cleaned, and halved
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and pepper
lemon wedges, for garnish, if desired
Instructions:

Heat the oven to 400.  Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, fish sauce, smoked paprika and salt and pepper.  Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.  Serve hot or room temperature with extra salt and squeeze of lemon if desired.
