For my annual Mother-Daughter Holiday Tea (which we kick off the holiday season with each year), family-favorite recipes and relaxed planning brought about hopes for the Best. Tea. Ever.
But, when some unexpected logistical issues emerged (and they always do, right?!), I nearly let them ruin the very special day…until I re-focused my attention on this idea: “The most-important thing we serve at a party is ourselves — our attention and our hearts.”
